When you join, a friendly, trained advisor will help you to put your plan to stop smoking into action.

You can choose from group sessions or you may prefer a one-to-one appointment. If you can't attend regular sessions or you feel you don't need as much support, you can access our virtual service and chat to one of our advisors over the phone.
